Cameron Walkup
1) I joined the DDCSP at NAU because I want to learn more about the intersection of conservation and environmental justice within a community of diverse and driven peers. I am excited to engage in important conversations around environmental and social issues, all while being immersed in the incredible southwestern United States.
2) I hope to contribute to the development of equitable conservation policies and laws. Whether it is as a policymaker at the local, state, or federal level, or as a litigator for environmental nonprofits, I want to be an advocate for efforts to conserve and preserve our natural environments for the benefit of all people.
